it is then time to start forfilling the plan simply by executing , many plans are fine but ultimately you will have to get certain things done during your plan doing these things is called executing.
Every plan does not always go as planned therefore we have to make minor or large adjustments , which could be cut backs on the budget for example , when things do not
go as planned , we have to control the plan as best we can, this is called the Controlling phase.Finally the end stage to any Project is closing this is where we finally conclude on the basis that
every objective detailed in the plan weas executed . Therefore the vision statement now has been forfilled.
